30-day returns

We want you to feel good about what you bring to the table. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with original packaging and included components. Personalized, made-to-order, final-sale and gift-card purchases are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Start a return

Email info@mahjongatfour.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Any applicable return-shipping cost will be confirmed before you send the item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
